Agreement to Terms

By using ReadyCrew Ankeny Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

ReadyCrew Ankeny Towing offers emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services throughout Ankeny, IA and surrounding areas. We operate 24/7 to help you when you need it most.

All services are provided based on availability and your vehicle's specific needs. We'll always let you know upfront what we can do and what it will cost before we start any work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you request a service and cancel after our truck is dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our driver's time and fuel.

Our pricing is based on factors like distance, vehicle type, time of day, and the complexity of the job. We'll give you a clear estimate before we begin, but the final cost may change if we discover additional issues once we arrive.

Your Responsibilities

When you call us for service, you need to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the problem you're having. You're responsible for removing any personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. While we take great care with every vehicle, we're not responsible for items left inside.

You must be the vehicle owner or have proper authorization to request towing services. If you're calling for someone else's vehicle, you may need to provide proof of ownership or authorization.

Limitation of Liability

We use professional equipment and trained operators to handle your vehicle with care. However, some vehicles may have pre-existing damage or hidden mechanical issues that could affect the towing process. We're not liable for damage that results from your vehicle's condition, including mechanical failures that occur during or after towing.

Our liability is limited to the actual cash value of your vehicle or the cost of the towing service, whichever is less. We carry proper insurance as required by Iowa law, and we'll work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns about our service.

Abandoned Vehicles and Storage

If you request towing to our facility or a repair shop, you're responsible for picking up your vehicle within a reasonable timeframe. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond the agreed-upon time. If a vehicle is abandoned at our facility, we'll follow Iowa state law regarding notification and eventual disposition.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. If there's any dispute about our services or these terms, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work it out directly. Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation.

Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate court in Polk County, Iowa.
